Founder of Keystone, Giannis Choustoulakis combines targeted experience in luxury real estate with a modern, strategic approach.
Having worked with two nationwide agencies specializing in high-end properties, he has been part of major transactions across Greece, always focusing on quality and client trust.
Despite his young age, Giannis serves the industry with respect, discipline, and dedication — qualities that set him apart in a competitive field. He studied Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business and completed further studies in Leadership & Management at the American College of Greece – Deree.
He continues to build his expertise through select seminars and international forums on luxury property, market trends, and investment strategy.
Nikos Choustoulakis

With over 25 years of executive experience, Nikos Choustoulakis brings seasoned leadership and operational insight to Keystone, where he oversees the management of high-value properties with precision and care.
He has served on the boards of companies in both the tourism and retail sectors, gaining a deep understanding of client experience, service optimization, and asset performance — elements that directly enhance our real estate operations.
His background in sales and business management has shaped a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, especially valuable in high-pressure environments. Holding an MBA from Nottingham Trent University, he excels in crisis resolution and strategic planning, consistently delivering stability and results.

Zelda
Head of Security & Client Happiness
Loyal, elegant, and always alert, Zelda is an integral member of the Keystone team. As an American Staffordshire Terrier (blue nose) with a calm presence and sharp instincts, she takes her dual role very seriously: guarding properties with quiet confidence and ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome — preferably in the form of belly rubs.
With years of experience patrolling gardens, lounging stylishly in sunlit courtyards, and sniffing out only the best views, Zelda brings both charm and assurance to every estate she steps paw in.
